Aim:To design suburban woodfired pizza and pasta restaurant. Designed to handle ample take away and dine in customers, accommodate a bar and make use of the QLD climate.
Challenges:Grease trap sizing. Due to the age of the building the current grease trap was well under complaint capacity and did require replacing.
Success:The store opened and was everything it was Envisioned to be, with the clients already lining up for the next build.
